| Testimonials |
The following testimonials demonstrate the range of cases we handle on a regular basis . Although it is not always possible obtain a not guilty or to stop the case before it reaches the jury a good practise with experienced lawyers can from a very early stage successfully predict the outcome in a case. There are of course fundamental issues, which must be part of the ingredient to ensure that no case will spin out of control. The main ingredient is trust. If the client feels comfortable with us he is able to trust and in confidence discuss matters, which will enable us to best prepare his defence. |

Murder and Attempted Murder |
| |
When I was first arrested for murder and attempted murder I did not hesitate to contact Hussain Solicitors. They had represented my interests in the upmost professional manner and I was satisfied in the manner in which they conducted themselves. The professional attitude resonated throughout my legal team and with Allah's will it was ordained that Hussains would be instrumental in successfully bringing the case to a conclusion at half time. My innocence was proven and I am now pursuing a claim of malicious prosecution against the police and inshallah the proceeds of the successful claim will be distributed to the poor. |

Barbar shop shooting - Witton Road, Aston - Attempted Murder |
| |
I was charged with attempted murder, which came as a real shock to me as I was innocent of the alleged offence. I chose Hussains to represent me as I had heard of their reputation in such serious cases where there seemed to be a lot of pressure on the police to obtain convictions in the case. I was concerned that I may become an innocent casualty in a case where it seemed clear that the police wanted convictions regardless of the quality of the evidence. I faced fabricated evidence from prosecution witnesses that tested the ability of my legal team. The case moved to a new level when the first trial was aborted due to allegations that some of the defendants in the case had secretly paid off the main prosecution witnesses and the police began. Both I and Hussains felt that a more experienced counsels were required to handle the continuing difficulties and Hussains were able to arrange two of the best barristers in the country who successfully forced the prosecution to abandon the case against me before we reached half time submissions. I am extremely grateful to my legal team for giving me a second chance at life knowing that there are many people in the prison system serving long sentences for crimes they did not commit. |

Hodgehill Murder/Manslaughter - Possession of Class A with intent to supply. |
| |
I was charged with Murder of a man who it was alleged by the Police was killed as part of a drug deal. The case received a lot of publicity and I was concerned whether I would receive a fair trial. Hussains were recommended to me and after the first meeting I felt comfortable with them. They seem to be able to give advice on a case where not one piece of paper had been served. The accuracy of the advice given was amazing and barristers they hired were excellent throughout the case. They actually made me forget at times that I was facing very serious criminal charges. The jury acquitted me of manslaughter and I now face a second trial of drugs in a few months time. For me Hussains have been a life saver and getting me out of a difficult situation was not easy and for that I am eternally grateful to them. |

False Accounting |
| |
I am the senior director of a Repairs and Maintenance company. The allegation against me was that I had falsified claims for certain work that was carried out. I was innocent of the allegations however there were a considerable amount of difficulties that was faced by my defence team with the prosecution stating that evidence capable of exonerating me did not exist. I was extremely happy with my defence team being able to establish the existence of the evidence and thereby proving my innocence. Hussain Solicitors were recommended to me by a friend and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. It was extremely important to me that I was proven innocent, as a conviction for false accounting would have prevented me from successfully negotiating contracts with a number of large companies and the government. |

Motoring matter |
| |
I was accused of failing to provide details of the driver. This had serious implications for me as I am the director of Personal Injuries Claims Company and required a driving license as I was travelling up and down the country. The prosecution case was that I had failed to respond to the notice of intended prosecution when I had. The prosecution indicated that there were no records of me having returned the notice. I was acquitted following a trial and am extremely grateful to Hussain Solicitors |

Rape x 2 |
| |
I was arrested along with four of my friends for the allegation of raping two very young English girls in Barr Beacon area, Walsall. This became a very highly profile cased. The newspapers gave this case a lot of publicity making our lives extremely difficult whilst I was remanded Prisoner. It is always very difficult to prove your innocence as everybody believed we were guilty. My solicitors seemed to be dragging their feet on the case and I felt very depressed in prison. My family hired Hussains who everybody in prison seems to be speaking very highly off. I was grateful to Hussains for taking on my case. They believed I was innocent and set about obtaining damming evidence which involved secretly filming the two young girls who alleged the rape. The secretly recorded evidence proved that the two girls were being pressured by the police to pursue the rape allegations. The girls had denied that I had raped them. This evidence was served on the Prosecution who no doubt could not believe that my solicitors had secured such good quality of evidence forced them to offer no evidence. I faced a very bad charge and had it not been for Hussains I would be serving a sentence in region of ten years. Thank you Hussains for everything. |

When I was arrested for the above charges I knew that I caught red handed. I'd been foolish and listened to persons who I thought were my friends. I knew I looking at a prison sentence in region of ten years plus. Every person I spoke to in prison told me to prepare for a very lengthy sentence. Even though I was caught red handed I needed a firm of solicitors that would help me get the lowest possible sentence. Hussains represented me throughout this case. They maintained my confidence in them and on a guilty plea they successfully managed to get me a sentence of five years for which I am most grateful to them. All my friends agreed that they had managed to get me a very lenient sentence. I am partway through serving this sentence and hope to released back into society where I hope I can positively promote through the youth organisations the dangers of drugs and guns. Hussains managed to secure a far shorter sentence on charges, which normally attract very lengthy custodial sentences. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone no matter what the state of evidence is against them. |
